Clear green shiny balls on stem of plant

I noticed this morning that there are a couple of clear green ball like growths near the stem of one of my plants. Any idea of what this could be? Should I be concerned? Picture attached

I noticed this morning that there are a couple of clear green ball like growths near the stem of one of my plants. Any idea of what this could be? Should I be concerned? Picture attached

No. Some plants grow “knuckles” at the base of the stem to hold the branches more securely.
