to the point- if you're really asking: the product's ingrediends seems fine, I'd like to see real values though.
Should be fine as a part of a comprehensive feeding regimen.

Not really, 12-4-8 is better for veg, too much nitrogen.

It will work but not by itself. You will need some type of K source or you will OD them on N. That with a K source will work.
