So it's about a foot tall and I have it in a box that is 23 inches deep x 11 1/2x 20 1/2. Thinking my box is to small...

Did I read 3 months old? It doesn't look unhealthy but it look a bit like a midget to me. This Cherry bomb plant of mine is a bit over 1.75 months old grown under t-8 & t-5 florescent, occasionally taking it outside for a few weeks.
