Are you into the racin? Or free riding ? My son works for supercross he just got back from the monster energy cup in Vegas .

And yes they are all crazy now days!! I know the tech is better but what are they gonna feel like at 50-60? Lol

Nah i just ride cross country and flow and singletrack parks in the area. There is a killer high school cross country running race track a couple miles from my house. It makes a fantastic mountain bike race course when run in reverse. Lots of hills, turns and flow in the woods.

I think srenots raced mx.

I'm into chasing my three year old. Just cross country riding sandy trails up here.

We got the red clay in the ground here so plenty of hilly singletrack and the north country trail allows mt bikes in a section starting up the old highway from my town.

A 45 min drive gets me to the ski area mtb park and a few other loops. And 40 in the other direction too.

It aint like colorado but still tons of fun and scenery

We paddle rivers. One half day run we do without leaving our area. And it starts 10 minutes from here.

I always have tried to live in a resort style area. Ski mountains 10 years ago and now lakes rivers and trails. The animal and bird sitings are awesome out here.

Best past time ever sitting in the woods just watching!!!!

I lived in a rental on the river when i got here and was standing next to a tree just gazing and i looked for some reason amd there was a big blue heron standing perfectly still right on the other side of the tree. When it saw me see it it took off with that 6 foot wing span beating the air and water. I could feel it. 3 flaps and it was a 100 yards down river and aroun a bend.

It was just awesome!

This is a great time of year for birds down here! This is outside my house . We also see tons of predatory birds , multiple hawks ospreys and seen more bald eagles in the wild here than up there !

When we lived in florida neighbors kids were hiding a baby alligator in a kids plastic pool in the garage. They begged me not to tell.

Raising an alligotor must be like raising a lion cub. As soon as you got it healthy and growing real good...

...they eat ya

I road street bikes since being a 16 year old kid off and on. Then in my 30's I road full time commuting to work in the greater Vancouver area I took more spills than I can count in the snow after getting a snowfall while at work. My minimum commute in that hell hole was about an hour. The last 9 years it was 1.5 hrs each way on my 1976 - 1978 ...750 k Honda's. I had 4 of them at one time with all interchangeable parts 2 road worthy most days.

When I was in my mid 40's a woman turned left in front of me on my way home one night she broke my Tib/fib in left on my left leg. She said later (through her interpreter ) she didn't see me all she saw was a big bright light coming towards her and I hollered at her SO you decided to turn left in front of that big fucking bright light? Anyways that was then end of my commuting by bike. I put on close to 200,000 miles on those bikes. I miss it a lot when I see them rumbling by or the rare time now when I gert stuck in city traffic.

I cant remember where I posted but i told the story recently about me sliding under a tractor trailer when it turned left in front of me on my v45 honda magna.

My second bike when i was about 17 was a 1971 750k. It was painted medium blue with the chrome single old school race guages and 4 into 2 pipes.

They may have been the best all round motorcycle in my opinion. Comfortable and could ride anywhere.

I rode mine to high school every day. Winter and summer. Then full time for a couple years.

I have had a few other street bikes too. American and japanese.

Just more proof that dinasaurs were birds. :-)

You should look into how dinosaur fossil even came about. It’s very interesting. Definitely questions if they were even on this earth. The same can be said for many things we are taught to believe without any proof because “authorities “ tell us so,and therefore most programmed, well to do people do without question. It must be true if the government tells us so and shows us pics and videos on mainstream media on all the news cycles. Right.
Our forefathers are in tears with what has become of the land, and the liberties, that they had come over from their homeland ,fought , bled and died for . Only So we could stand by and allow it to become the tyranny they had left their homelands for in the first place.

When i was young i was very interested in archeology. An awful lot of privately funded people have dug up fossils and pieced together dinasaurs. We dont know what they looked like on the outside.

But honestly I was makeing a bad jurrassic park movie joke.

No for sure I get it. I was just throwing a match out there. We need a forest fire to start these days in the minds of men. Free thinking has weeded out by the people who are in the position do so. We have become a society of thoughtless order followers, kinda like a modern day police officer. I know I can probably throw out a comment or two off subject, but sometimes it just feels it needs saying. People can’t change if they don’t know why.
