I took my first road trip in 1987 with my slutty girlfriend and a cool dude I new. Left Portland first stop was San Jose California where my buddy was from.
I was a long haired metal head hair down to my ass. Metallica, slayer, anthrax all the old school heavy shit was where I was at, at the time.
None of that poser shit was allowed you no poison and all those wig warren homos.
Got to my buddy’s hang out down there and all the dudes were listening to gnr.
I was absolutely disgusted and pissed the first time I heard that fucking bullshit!!
Made me wanna break something every time I could here it. And that’s how diesel dealt with that bull shit!

Christmas always brings back childhood memories. I got off work early today. On the way home drove by where I grew up on rock creek rd. Outskirts of Portland. My grandparents raised me my parents through me out at 10 years old. My grandparents are gone many years now. I come up here to think and be away from everyone and everything. It’s all gone now just the train tunnel that’s never changed and never will.
I had 45 acres of woods to wonder through growing up. I guess I was pretty blessed they took me in at that age. Just wish I would have seen it back then. I was an ass hole to everyone and everything I pushed it all away and was ungrateful prick.
I can see it now but like grandma always said “that’s the way it goes”. She said that when good things and bad things happened.
I miss her............................that’s life.
