I sold my old 300w light for $30 and im looking for something stronger for my next organic soil grow for 1 plant. Maybe COB or LED at a price of $70.00 or under. Any suggestions appreciated. My tent is 2x3x5 with a 6 in. can fan.

You're not going to get anything great for 70$ unless you make it yourself. And even then it's not going to be that great in a 2x3.

At 35w per square foot, you need 210w of led, minimum. In a 2x3 I would run a 240w quantum board. I'm sure you can find something for 70$, but it's not going to perform very well.

You can build something for 70$ that will do, but I'm sure you wouldn't like it.

If there asking for a light in that price range there not building anything at all.......

should of just added some cheap lights form the dollar store with the one that got sold for 30$$

if it Canadian I think it's more like a Flashlight LOL 😇 🙃😎

Next year it'll be that for a gallon of milk.

70 bucks Canadian will get ya some halfway decent e27 base led cob bulbs on dhgate and a plug with a 10 bulb socket and that's about it.

In my town you can pay a crackhead to " do things to get you a nice light " for $70.

2 x 7 bulb splitter $20
14 x 15w (100w eq) led bulbs $56

This would give you 210w of led light
For $76. Easy build and not bad results, I've gotten 1.5g/watt from led bulbs. Might just be the best thing you could get new for 70ish dollars.

I've used 4×bulb sockets with reflectors, 4×4-way splitters, 4× extenders and 16 cfls just to veg my plants with. I used my 300w panel to flower them with. I lost everything except for the cfls and I sold the 300w because it wasn't effective for vegging. I was thinking about buying a cheap full spectrum 1200w cob panel. It would use more actual watts than what I had and I wouldn't need to use cfls, let alone buy all the shit I would need again.

A decent cob fixture I've used is the x5 COB. It runs at 265w but they call it a 1200w or something like that.

Search x5 cob on amazon, it's about 100 bucks. I've used it it works. They quality is crap and it died after the first grow, but they sent me another one for free.
