Looking to outdoor revedge my 11 hour budding plants . When do i put them outdoors to revedge for the summer

When warm weather permits and when long summer hours begin
Or put them out whenever it's warm enough
Then bring them back in each day to add light hours
18 hours of light needed to re veg

Tricky question , do you want to harvest the buds on the plant now ? Or do you just want to re veg it for a summer fall harvest ?
Either way , going to be a lot of work....
