It won’t grow any new shoots and is only as tall as my hand and has been for 2 weeks w no new shoots. Photo shows where I pruned it. I have it under a blue/pink light and it’s about 1.5 meters away from it, 18/6 light. I’m a newbie - thx!

Hi there, I'm a newbie too! Do you happen to have a "before" picture? It looks like you topped it correctly the first time, but then re-topped the split too early...maybe? I have no suggestions, but I'll root for her recovery. I darned near killed my plants early on but they are both growing properly (for now)... they seem to be fairly resilient.

Good luck, and welcome to the neighborhood. 🙂

Also yes I did cut that first time, and then cut the new four shoots before they were big

Should I put it closer to light, move away from light, reduce light hours, or just wait

I am not sure what type of light that you have, but ~5ft away from the plant sounds pretty far to me. I would definitely move it closer. Also, when you are topping, the main goal is usually to have the plant bush out a little bit and usually double the amount of tops. By the looks of your picture, it seems that you took all growth away from the top two nodes. When most people top, they just cut the apical or terminal shoot in between the two axillary buds. It appears as if you cut away the two axillary buds as well. Just give the plant time to recover and it should bounce back. Cannabis is a fairly hardy plant. Until they are dead, plants usually adapt and prevail. Welcome to the craft! Positive vibes...

move the light to 1 meter and take a picture of the plant
You're just going to have to wait it out, it's probably in shock.

Thx!!! I’ll move it closer to the light (it’s the blue red lights)
