Are they eating the black bugs under leaf ?

Yep I'm on my phone small screen aphids what you need are aphid lions or aphid wolf they are lacewing larva that will eat the aphid up .bug for bugs .

In my veg patch I lure in lacewing using vegimite and water in jar with holes in lid the aroma seems to drag them out of the forest near by also gather aphid loin off carrots that have come to flower the love to hang out on the flower heads . Bugs for bugs ...
