What One Drop said + Panda plastic. Also if you're running a sealed room have you got it climate controlled? Cause it will be difficult to adjust it using portable aircons and dehumidifiers.
 
1 bedroom flw/ 1 rm veg. Getting the door to to seal will be my biggest issue.

Each room aprox 10' x 10' will get 18,000 BTU from a mini split. So the sealed door will keep in the cold as well as CO2. I guess lights and sockets might cause come co2 and cold air to get.
 
Weather stripping on the door and something to seal the bottom. You can always set up another door inside so you arent hacking up the bedroom door. Ive done that in the past. When going from scratch it's easy to make them seal.
 
This was my deliema a few months ago. Came up with this to seal both flower rooms.

I used Orca and Velcro with an adhesive side on it. if you look at the pic with the orca half open you can see how I designed the door frame to stick the Velcro on it. Put the opposite Velcro on the orca around the edges and then took it to a seamstress to stitch the Velcro to the orca. You’ll be opening it every time you go into your room, the extra support is needed.
Seals my rooms damn near perfectly. I run CO2 and change tanks once per month
For the inside I just caulked everything then went over that with white gorilla tape.

Lumber, Panda paper/heavy plastic sheeting, silicone caulking, and proper design will seal up the room nicely. Thick but soft weather stripping will seal the door, but staple through it for a long lasting hold. 18k BTU of cooling would be sufficient to cool roughly 4kW of open, unventillated HPS/MH lighting (with ballast heat too), but not down to 72.5°F... The math is one ton(12,000BTU) of cooling per 2,000W of open, hot lights, in a sealed space. If you are OK running a hotter room, then your mini split should support 4 lights.
 
What I'm in the middle of doing now. Even the floor to the walls are sealed. I use durafoam it's cheap, rigid, reflective and easy to clean. 4x8 sheet costs about $12 Canadian. Tape the seams with foil ducting tape.

Did this room for just under $300 taxes in with the floor mats.

Weather stripping on the door and done.

Take a look on line for a product by Pemko called S88 and know the width and height of your door. This can be used to seal the door to the frame. It is commonly called smoke seal. National Guard Products has a similar product called 5050. Both will have a letter following that part number that is the color of the product. They are both a peel and stick application. Make sure to follow the directions, there is a different way for installing on the head and latch side from the hinge side. You can use a common door sweep for the bottom. I run CO2 and I do NOT seal the door, I have little leakage out the door, at least that is what I believe because a 20 pound bottle lasts me 2 weeks.
