Pretty cool. It's my 1st time growing so no experience with the number of fans or (fingers) on the leaves haha. My Gorilla Cheese got it's 1st 5 fanned (fingered) leaves around week 3 day 2 I thought that meant it had entered veg stage but I suppose not now that you have shared that info.
Or do you go by how many nodes it has to determine the veg stage?
3 knodes is veg for me
Hi there I actually have a journal (album) in my phone with a picture of everyday and noting my ppm of my nutrients etc (I've only starting giving nutrients this week)
would you count the very bottom node as a true node?
It would be on the 5th manifesting if you include the very bottom one at the 1st set of leaves that only have one finger
my plan is to top it roughly 4th or 5th node and roughly 5 weeks veg, all depending on if it's half the size I want it be before or after the 5 weeks I plan to LST it too, I've went for a CFL grow for my first time but seen a nice led I may consider for my next when I've figured out a proper exhaust system. Was wondering if you count the node in the picture labeled 1 is your 1st true node or would you start counting from the one above it?
Sounds like a good start. Start at the one labeled 2. So that one would be 1. Are you growing a photo or an auto? Don’t think you mentioned that. Happy grows.
