Stunted plant

First time growing thought i was doing good but my sister said my plants dont look right the seeds where Blue Dream the plant is 12 " tall 18" wine leaf Tip to tip been growing 5 weeks 4 weeks indoors under cfls 1 week outdoors why is my plant so short

Apart from a little overwatering looking ok . Od .The leaves recurving downwards is the sign how’s your drainage what medium are you using .

Its height i seen her plants there alot taler and less full and she says thats how mine should look

Being new to this i didnt want to make a huge investment i got 4 seeds 2 green crack and 2 blue dreams sprouted in papperr towel put in home made soil soon as seed split soil was made from equal parts of backyard compost and cheap bag soil added vermiculite and pearlte put under 200 actual watts of cfls for 4 weeks bulb 4 inches above plants 2 weeks in i started feedin easy grow + water ph is 6.6 soil ph is 6.4 i keep tropical fish so i know the importance. of ph 5th week plants been outside all week been mostly overcast few sunny periods and i use aquriam water in my waterings

So the lighter colors new growth is normal

Slow, stunted growth.....lime green new growth. Get a 60x microscope and check for russet mites

Ive grown quite a few Blue Dream this year. Mostly autoflower but i was sent some photos by mistake. If ur sis used same lights as u then im wrong but if not i would say the cfls arent enough to make them taller. They look very nice though ! Without training them, by the 4-5th week the photo BD were easy 48" tall and with no sigh of stopping. 4 by 4 tent with mars hydro 3000. Even my BD autos got to around 40''. They grew so massive and produced the best ive ever smoked that i bought more. Since you just put them outside mabey itll start growin up soon.Sunshine is the best light. Good luck friend.

Last 2 days its been sunny and there finaly streaching like crazy was never my internet to do full grow under cfls just a jumped start we have a short grow season

It's not too short , tell your sister you think she's too short .......

Maybe a touch over or under watered hard to tell with the pic but it looks very healthy and could just be dropping a bit from hardening off.

Now that it's in the sun she may need a little more food and watering. But should grow much faster.
