First time growing - white spots on my little plant

Does anyone know why my plant has these spots?

I'm new to growing and doing it indoors. I do take the plants out during the day when it's sunny. This one is a month's old indica and it's now showing these spots.

Any advice?

Just old leaves dying off, it may ya e been a wee to wet earlier in life that caused a little mold issue that it’s grown out off, the light burn so slightly so increase the height of the light if indoor or get a shady Location if outdoors for a week or so to harden off. It does need cal mag as well from the veiny leaf (light from center out”). Start feeding cause for a month old they are not vigorously growing. Start with a veg feed, go half the mfg recommendations
