Can growing cannabis with a flashlight cause carpal tunnel? Aldo. Sorry. I mean also, (Aldo is the one they gave me the flashlight) ALSO, how many lights do I actually need? Will these quantum boards do only the veg Portion of the grow? Including termination I’m assuming. SORRY. I meant germination. Aldo was just terminated from his job for petty theft. Apparently for Stealing flashlights. Wait. Do I need three lights? One for germination, one for veg, and one for flowering? Or? This is where you guys come in.

If going start to finish under LED 30w per sq ft. Ideally a dimmer cause you don't need that much light to start. If it were me 3000-3500k the flower portion of lighting is more important than veg IMO.

Any of the ones listed above hlg, timber, rapid, gavita etc.

Or are you asking for a budget opinion? Is so kingbright, spider farmer, mars etc will work but you get what you pay for. Be that correct info, quality parts, warranty, customer aervice. That's all I'm gonna say on the budgets
