Can anyone help me identify the problem here larg brown spots start to form and the tips curl up

no fresh air to soil /one thing/need perlite this plant has to have drainage ,the more air it has the better product you get
your ph is out of whack ,/try a slurry test to see what soil ph is
you have bugs,you have a couple pics that look like egg larvae on the leaf
