Need help trouble shooting a bug or fungus

There are these weird white/bright green dots on some of my leaves. I plucked one leaf that had started growing that was particularly bad. But it is on larger established leaves as well mainly in the lower part of the plant. My plant hasn’t started flowering yet so I’m planning on spraying it with some fungicide as a precaution. I’ll link some pictures here.

Mites from the look of it. Can’t zoom in enough to gauge if russet but maybe 2 spot mites, zoom in as far as yr phone can and pic it. Green Cleaner is effective for mites.

What do you look for? When I checked I didn’t really see anything, unless it’s one of the ones where you need a microscope or to zoom in all the way on your phone like Mr.JackOg said.
