Fan leaf issue any advice would be grateful

Good evening, I’m very new and things seem to be moving along with my first grow, I was looking tonight and noticed a couple of the leaves have random spots, but only on a couple of the leaves. The other one that’s in the same tent if fine.

A picture in normal lighting would help but looks like you should check the underside for bugs.
