Help MOLD AGAIN!! Don’t know what to do?

Mold has taken out 1 full grown blueberry muffins plant as well as a grape ape plant. All of my plants this year, and today I found this on my last girl WHAT DO I DO!!!!?????

It looks a lot more like rot, but may be a stem mold different from the bud mold commonly seen, I would use 1.5% peroxide every two to three days, if the branch starts showing bad signs cut it off. Drop the sugars, and start watering only about a foot from around the stem. If your going to keep working there i would look into Actinivate. The reality is that mold and fungus is everywhere and its really dependent upon the environment we create and the one the pre exists. It really boils down to, do you grow plants with strong immune systems?

Branch is wilting... and it is around the main stem at the base as you can see in the pic, so cutting off the stem wouldn’t solve the problem of the mold around the stem. Is there a difference between mold and rot?
