Why is she leaning? Too heavy?

For the last 2 days my plant has been leaning at first I thought maybe the buds on one side may be denser but now I’m worried cause it’s only getting worst! I was thinking of maybe staking them up but don’t want to damage any roots sticking a stake in the soil...advice would be appreciated!

Find yourself some plant yoyo's or use string as @tomatoesarecooltoo suggested. You can also consider taping or otherwise connecting the stake to the outside of the pot instead of inserting it into the pot, also keep in mind that as the plant gets heavier if things aren't balanced, even with the steak the whole pot can fall over. I can almost guarantee that if you don't do anything those branches will continue to bend until they either find support or break.

A stick won't damage the roots some of mine have 8 or 10 sticks in them however when they're big, heavy and want to fall over I wire them to the white pole of the tent in the corner good luck

I was thinking about using my tent poles to hold a few up do you think it’s too late to try a net?

You could still use a net, just try not to manhandle the buds too much.
