Man with all you've got going on I actually feel stupid laying this out there. Buuuuuuut... :)
Ok I veg inside, flower outside. I'm all in dirt in grow bags or bonsai pots. And I break ALL the rules. Sometimes it pays off. Sometimes it doesn't. However... there are cardinal rules that shouldn't be messed with in dirt. And A #1 MOST important to proper nutrient uptake is... PH.
Ideal for soil imo is 6.3. I had a BAD lockout issue earlier. Saved the plants... barely. Took them over a month to recover. My well was putting out variable PH when it rained. We got that shit handled. House has RO now. But I have a by pass. Right everyone is RO RO RO. Well... not me. I'm too late in the season to f with crazy shit again.
Point is... mix your nutes (that's next... cause the soil isn't gonna give those plants what they need for the icky sticky), and then shake them really good. Make sure they are absorbed. And then PH those suckers. Aim for 6.3. If you don't have any ph up or down... simple solution. Baking SODA brings it up. Lemon Juice brings it down.
Now nutes. I'm not sure what your experience level is. But it has to be something beyond beginner because your plants are banging with great structure. They just need to fill out and do their deal. There are crazy ass million bottle 100's of dollars "systems". There are personal preferences. And then there's
Earth Juice's Seablast line --> Grow, Transition, Bloom, Bloom Master. It's a dry nute that comes in 3 or 5lb bags. Shit lasts forever. And it has all of the micros needed for that stage of growth.
There are technical growers here who just threw up a little in their mouths. But if you want simple, cheap, effective? Those nutes above are kick ass. They have a mixing chart on each bag. It's 1/2 tsp per gallon. LOL. VERY complex no? Heh. Easy as hell and the stuff is made for soil. You'll see a turn around in a very short amount of time and those buds will start moving in the right direction again.
Just don't try to give them too much. They can only uptake what they can.
