it takes nearly 2 weeks just to sex a plant. by the looks I would say the plant in pic is at least 4 weeks into budding

Looks like she revegged which pushed flowering back a couple weeks. Wait til the pistils turn orange and start dying, the sugar leaves will curl up too.
