I wouldlike to harvest this plant but I want it to be coach lock shut off my brain effect more the a energetic so I have been trying to wait. What do you guys think, enough amber to get what I want? And I'm mostly seeing the tops with some amber I think, the lower not so much, should I just harvest the top and leave the lowers for a few more days? Just want it to be the best it can be, appreciate everyone

I'd wait until at least 20% of the trichomes are amber for couch lock effect. Plus, you'll get a heavier harvest. Looks really frosty, nice work.

Count 25 trichomes in a small area, if 5 are amber then she is ready. On the colas not the sugar leaves the sugar leaves will turn first. Your plant will look almost totally dead when it's ready.

I to luv that couch lock feeling and chop when 25 to 40% of my trichome turns amber you have a way to go.

It seems like the plant has stopped maturing, I haven't noticed any more change in it and the tricomes look the same past few weeks to me. Its starting to get cold at night and I have been battling a few pest that I had to stop fighting considering the stage of flower. I'm at about the 10 week of flower since I noticed buds start. I started late. Appreciate the input

I'm in agreement. You want 20%-25% Amber trichomes. Just a LITTLE BIT longer....check them daily.

Yup, I also had what seemed like stalled trichomes while the plant continued to fade, which of course brings the bugs.
Eventually, my trichomes did turn, the sun leaves dried and shriveled , the weather turned cold, the buds turned purple and the bugs got too cold and left.
I seldom get enough time before the weather turns to grow them to completion. Good luck.

That's funny, the temp has really dropped lately and now I can't find any more bugs, buds are really turning purple now too. Looks like maybe they're finishing up.
