Hi y’all. I have about 30 3gal pots and in noticed that I have maybe 6 pots that the coco is always wet and will not dry up like the reset. I feed my plants every other day and they’re currently in flower week 2. I’m noticing the steams are smaller but the plant is growing but slow. What would be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

Depends on a lot of things, it could be:

The phenos of those plants
Fan or heater pointing at them
hydrophobic substances in the soil like the powder from perlite
Where the out take fan is
where the intake fan is

If there aren't any fans or heaters near them then its probably just the phenos. I water all my plants individually when i think each of them needs it so maybe try that to prevent over watering.
Hope I helped

They are near the AC vent that blows cool air. It is an indoor, could it be that because it does blow in that direction some times.

Could be but most likely just the phenos
