Should I be concerned? Browning leaves in the buds. Trichomes still cloudy, don't really see very amber yet.

Yes, you should be concerned. Looks like you've got caterpillars or maybe budrot. Gonna have to open up a bud with affected leaves and poke around inside, see whats up.
