The title of the post is pretty self explanatory. I'm giving them a 48 hour dark period and it usually takes around that time for the soil to dry up so I guess it doesn't really matter, I'm just curious.
If I want it dry when I harvest then should I make it extra dry and not water for 72 hours?

The short answer I think is yes and no. Lol.

It doesn't matter in the sense that the end product will be the same. But why water it if it's going to be dead tomorrow?

But dont take that so far as to not water it for several days before. Having everything start dieing days before you harvest it isnt good, with leafs sagging down ontop of buds and all.

A day or 2 before, meh..
3 or more days befor, maybe not.
