3 weeks till harvest..... second grow... this is a Grease Monkey..... is it turning into a Hermi or is it growing buds???? I have 2 other plants in there.... should I pull this plant out?

Post a better pic without the purple.
 
3 weeks till harvest is extremely unlikely based on those pics. Unless you plan to harvest prematurely...
That is via my grow chart...... my other plants are defiantly more mature. Just entering week 6 of flower..... the Grease monkey had 1 week less veg than my other plant....
Also it just stopped the stretch about 2 weeks ago...

seed bracts
seed bracts are not male flowers.

I just looked up what a bract is.... it is a good thing..... !!!! Woot!!!! Thank you....
 
So I am well into bloom with my first grow. 2 Critical Purple plants auto/feminized. Found the same structure and would just like some experienced growers to verify these are bracts. Thanks!

Your plants are ready to harvest when they are ready to harvest, not according to some chart or what some breeder claims :)

(breeders are known to overpromise flower times)
