hi my plants arent doing so good, they keep getting yellow with brown spots, or basically overnight the leafs will turn crispy and almost black in some parts just dead, seems like most of the plants the bottom leafs are getting messed up, but my biggest plant is completely yellow with brown dots, the smaller ones are the ones with just the bottom leaves but each day that goes by it gets worse, i know some nights my humidifier runs out of water, not only bringing the humidity down but also causing the heat to go to high around 86-88f, im not sure if thats the main issue, maybe its happening more often then i realize as im not the only one taking care of these plants, we've done run off testing and there all in range of good ec from 400-600 and im using coco so my ph levels where all from 5.8-6.3 which should be correct, i feed them basic npk cal mag, and b vitamins that come from advance nutrition. just not sure what could be the issue please help if you can thanks. first time grower.

How tall are your plants, bottom leaves going yellow/ white happens a lot to me in coco at the start, you’re plants will be hungry and taking the nutes it needs from its lower leaves,
Small plants I give about .5/1l per feed and I wait 1/3 days between watering at ppm 600/700 and ph to 6.2, as the plants start to dry out quicker give them feed more frequently till they start drying out daily, I do a 2 month veg and finish in 10gallon pots come flower, by that point I’m feeding everyday at ppm of 1000/2000 late flower depending on how the plants react, I also train nd scrog my plant to fill out a 2.4x1.2 tent (2/3 plants) average about 1500g off 2 750w hps

Coco dosnt retain moisture you can pour 3l threw a dryed out 5 gall pot and then tip the pot out will still be dry in some points in the middle try get a sprayer to evenly water your pots, aslo remember to feed nutes every feed sounds mad but in coco you need to, as it dosnt retain water it just passes threw so the roots only take what they can at a time, unlike soil where the roots sit in the nutes, coco is a lot more forgiving as if you see a problem you can start to fix it straight away rather than wait till your next feed ext

hi there thank you for all the help, here are some pictures, seems as though i am not giving near as much water and nutrients as i should be, i was watering every other day, until i seen some run off water, I would water nuts, nuts, then plain ph'd water, seems like i should just water with nuts everyday, or multiple times a day.

You are seeing deficiencies in multiples its your watering practices that are the issue here. Not cal mag or specific nutrients.

Reduce the light intensity until they recover. Old growth will not get better so look to new growth.

For these I would be feeding about 500i-600ppm every single feed. Adjust your frequency to keep the media stable.

Now to deal with this issue to start. Feed 600ppm of a balanced nutrient solution equal to the pot volume through thw pot. Eg 5gal pot give it 5 gal of nutrient solution through each pot.

This will help reset and balance the media.

Ph I would be about 5.8 and make sure to temp adjust the water so you don't shock the plants. You want as close to the same temp of the media as possible.

Every 1/3 days depending on how much they are drinking
5gal pot = 1L

never leave it longer than 3 days even if it’s still looks wet u don’t want it to fully dry out that’s bad but like 20% on the top I’ll tell by the colour of the coco

Once your plants get bigger and in flower they’ll be daily if not 2 times a day so get used to mixing up nutes I normally nute for 1 gall nd end up with 3/4 gallons of feed that’s gone in a week

okay so, i do it every other day, because that seems to be when it starts to get fairly dry on the top layer of coco, but if im having nutrient deficiency, wouldnt that mean i need to water more often? i water until i see run off, i feel like i water fairly even throughout the plant as well. just doesnt make sense, maybe just the level of ec in my nut water is too low?, i have been doing around 500 on average, maybe i should bump it up to around 700?
