Welcome.
That doesn't look like nearly enough light to get good results. I could be wrong though, hard to see from the video.

Those long internodes are an indication of low light intensity. I also think you're going to have a big problem with flowering. The plants are going to stretch to double their height now and grow buds so the plants need the strength to do that. Growing from the center like that, I don't see how they'll be able to handle it.

How much should I be aiming for with light intensity and I'm in my 2 half of veg

And I been giving micro to make the grow smaller someone else said I should have taken them out of veg

I would have put them into flower already. They should be getting at least 300ppfd right now. That's roughly 20,000 lux but it's hard to convert lux to ppfd.

I would check out some of the grow journals and also look at some basic grow guides. From the looks of it you are going to need a lot of fundamental info on lighting. The plants are already too big for the space to flower. The lights are too small/ not enough intensity to efficiently flower cannabis correctly.
That being said it does appear you have a fair handle on aeroponics and amazing what you've don't there.

I'm going to add reflective aluminum to boost the reflection and add my other grow light and see if that does better and put them on a 12 12 light cycle I do have a grow closet should I consider a transplant so they can grow big with problem

Yea I was just considered transplanting to a grow closet and into a auto pot I have a spider farm grow light and enough light it's just getting a bit big for in there

Would definitely use the SF light if you have one and a full size closet to flower. How tall are the plants themselves. Also you could consider defoliation to shorten plants followed by a week or two recovery before flowering. You'll end up with a greater abundance of smaller flower sights and it will fill out more effectively with a better canopy.

Great advice thanks I'm going to switch them and let recover before flower there are about 8-12 in

These are all the different spectrums of lm301b. They each have a different lux to ppfd ratio. That website has 2 spectrums that are close to each of these but aren't exact.
