Hey guys! I’d like to thank everybody in advance for any help that can be given. Always appreciated. Having some issues with my cloud line T6 and humidifier settings triggering the fan to come on too often. Both lowering the humidity and heat in 3 x 3 x 6 tent. I’ve been looking for suggestions on how often the air should be taken out of the tent? Cloud lines not giving any phone support at this time, so here I am. My humidifier also has a timer and it shuts off when it hits it’s goal.

I used a humidifier my first grow and got bud rot, never used one since...
You're supposed to leave your exhaust fan going 24/7 to help keep from getting bud rot.

Learning exhaust is experimental as climate, region & size of room, rooms dictate your application's needs. Thanks for the view.

I keep my room between 78 -84 my fan is set to come on at 85 and off at 78 or 79 degrees. so far so good. when they have buds I will be watching them closely. The RH is always around 55 to 60. Good luck with your grow.

id keep it on, on a low setting, constantly running, even through veg, air exchange is a good thing! keep in mind I don't have one of these, but have been thinking of a 4in model for my 3x3x6 tent.

A little update. These clones are nine weeks old today. And do for a watering. These are my first three plans ever! The sativa it’s to the left of the pyramid. With some slight ever so slight discoloration. The lights are posted at the top of the tent. Humidity is around 45% only constant while the lights are on and the temperature runs between 78 and 82 Fahrenheit. Please have Addit any suggestions remarks are always welcomed.

Get rid of the humidifier.

Do you have the same fan? How do you tell it when to go off. Did you set the low temp higher than the high temp?

I work from home and I keep a close watch. I love the fan but not the timer apparatus. I will replace this with a new unit if all goes well for the following grow.

Sorry. The fan goes on when the temp rises above 82 and off when it lowers. But their is no timer for recirculating the air which is why I am replacing it with a newer model.

If you get rid of the humidifier, the fan comes on when it hits high limit. Healthy plants can put gallons of water in the air every day. Pumping extra in is just.... wow... seems like you're working against yourself.

There should be a timer mode on it.

I prefer just a normal in-line fan and I bought one of the knobs that you plug into the wall then plug the fan into the knob and it allows you to adjust the fan speed

Okay. it does not have a timer to recirculate the air in the tent. It has timers in the form of alarms. when an alarm is set, the fan uses that setting to turn the fan on and off. but say you wanted to have the fan recirculate the air every 20 minutes, the controller that comes with the t6 does NOT do that automatically.
