Looks like a great simple 3d printer project in multiple sizes/angles.
Just looked and there are already some on Thingiverse for those interested in printing their own. Looks like a simple alternative to all those clips, wire ties and junk. I like it!

GanjaGizmos makes some great on Etsy.

The medium and large ones are the best with a tow hook incorporated.

I use a combination of them with plant ties to get them down and spread out.
