good catch @Dirtbag i would take that plant in a room with less intensive light but make sure you have good temp and RH. She is on her last legs but they are hardy plants and can rejuvenate again.
I'll unplug it for the night and see how it goes. Thanks for the great advice.I would find what the natural humidity levels are in there without it running. With a proper exhaust fan, there may not be a need for the dehumidifier right now. Keep it simple when possible.
Thanks I can take down the clip on fans and place them on the floor. Would that be sufficient?Floor fans for the smart pots would help
Thanks I raised the temp a bit in the room. Still trying to find the best way to keep the temp consistently at 80 within the tent.73f and 71% RH is bad. Bring your temp higher. 80f
If the temperature in the room is 80f than open the tent door. Thanks I raised the temp a bit in the room. Still trying to find the best way to keep the temp consistently at 80 within the tent.
If the temperature in the room is 80f than open the tent door.
All the plants are placed in a coco coir/ perlite mix about 80%/20% ratio.your plant that is dying. Take it away from that light. Just give it a t5. also, what is your media?
Should I just leave the tent open overnight? The tent did warm up since I opened it.If the temperature in the room is 80f than open the tent door.
Alright I'll leave mines open tonight. As far as seeds, if I placed them in my rockwool cubes about 2 days ago how long should I wait before I just scrap them. If I so no growth of course.i leave mine open and i have a fan outside that circulates the air. Inside the tent i've got a little fan to help move branches and what not. keep an eye on humidity
I didn't germinate the seeds. I was under the impression that I could do more harm to them than good by germinating then transporting into the cube.
Should I take them out and attempt to germinate?how did you germinate the seeds?
there is different believes, just like bible, muslim and buddha lolI didn't germinate the seeds. I was under the impression that I could do more harm to them than good by germinating then transporting into the cube.
Alright sounds good. It sounds like I'll just have to see what works best for me. I really appreciate the help. I'll try the paper towel method next time around.there is different believes, just like bible, muslim and buddha lol
i do the paper towel method as it works best for me and have always had 100% germination. I tried dropping it just in soil and i lost a seed. guess the seed died or something. I also tried germinating and then putting it in a cube wool and work great. I've done your method too and it works, just gotta be patient.
