30w per sq ft is plenty for flowering. A 10x10 is 100sq ft. So 3000 true watts will do very well. Even something like 600-650 true watts x 4 should do ya well.

Hmmm not sure how you are calculating it... 10x10 is 100sq ft. 10x10x80" is 96 cubic feet.tell me I'm not all fucked off 1 gummie.
