Please help.. How much taller during flowering

Hey guys I’ve been growing two granddaddy purple plants for about 9 weeks in veg, they are about three feet tall, I was wondering if they would grow and taller during flowering and how much???

Yea they will grow and by a lot. If they are 3 ft tall already I say they will stretch another foot give it take. I might be off but right around there

Some plants can double or triple when flipped to flower

I think that’s when there switched to flowering before there fully veg but not sure

It will stretch. All plants do when they suddenly go from 18/6 or more to 12/12. But it is strain dependent.

What kind of light to you have and how tall a plant can you handle?

I haven't grown GDP, but I've read the stretch isn't unusually bad. Give super-cropping a try.

I haven't grown gdp but i switch to flower at 4 ft tall, i have 12 ft ceilings.

I know they stretch abit but they have been under veg light hours for over 2 months and are already three feet tall, I currently have about 225watts of blue leds in the ten but I have a 150watt hps and a flowering led....my tent is only 5 feet tall I might have to buy a bigger one

GDP, from what I've read doesn't grow to be a larger plant. I have some GDP seeds for my next grow ... I just have not grown the strain yet myself. I would plan on it almost doubling in size so your choices might be to start some LST training or some super-cropping ... If you're in the market for a larger tent, that's an option too.
