With a monitor... like a thermostat or an H2S monitor but for CO2. That thing that tells you how much CO2 is in the atmosphere around it. Ill have one of those
I see, so if you are going to monitor it, how will you dispense it?

ok, so you get the tank, put the baking soda and vinegar in, make a gallon of co2 and then using the tank, and buy a regulator and dispense it to a hose with holes to rain down till your co2 monitor in your plant goes off... or like that?

its a gas, it can kill and it does it silently. so it is sort of a dangerous thing to have around.
If you had it in the same room or a door open I could see this but it also have to be at like 50,000 parts per million to start to cause humans damage. If it is in a separate room it will not get that high.

I do not believe you are going to be able to get a constant 1500 PPM from just being in the basement.
Ok maybe not just as much and I was also comparing it to those mycelium bags. It also depends on how many people live with you.

Just be sure, especially in apartments or rental units, that your co2 detector is not directly connected to the fire department.

It is not like most think. I run gas and you will see the regulator pop on alot, like last night I was in a room and it was popping on every few minutes. It can be used as a tool to see how the plants are doing. I can see how fast the supply is dropping and it can get used to gauge the health of the plants. It would seem like it would be hard for humans to make that much CO2. About the only way to solve this stuff would be to get a sensor and start messing around. I could do it but I am just not going to waste my time. I would really like to get a correctly sized, brand new exhale bag and run it to see what it gets but I already feel like I know the answer and again just seems like a waste of time.

Because its easy enough to grow all buds you'll ever need without it. Just one more expense I don't need.
I have to completely disagree. At a cost of 20 dollars to fill a 20 pound cylinder it is one of the cheapest ways for me to increase yield.

Ok, I'm trying to decrease yield lol. It just feels so wrong throwing away perfectly good buds.
