Hello, new grower here in need of some help

Hi my names Isaac and I just got a 2 ft wide by 4 ft long by 5ft tall grow tent. I have bought 2 vivosun VS1000 led lights and am wondering if that will be good/powerful enough to grow a few weed plants from seed to flower/harvest.
