Is this plant a hermie or just a slower flowering time

I have three female seeds from a pack of 12 regulars. Sour diesel x strawberry cough. The one in question has produced flowers at a much slower rate than other two. Not sure if slow or a hermaphrodite

Also, better pics should probably be under better lighting. A lot of old heads don't have the greatest vision, HPS has wrecked mine personally. That orange shit has a way of muddying images as well.
