I've heard people are settling for whatever they can find in other high-demand states right now, like Colorado. Maybe it's one benefit of being near Canada.Where are you? In west Michigan every garden store has stacks of pro mix bales. Prices vary. $26-$36

Started using it in 2011 and here in Alaska it was $35. Now? $60 and climbing. It used to be 24$ for 3.8 cubic ft. I could get it at .y local home depot or Lowes
Look for Sunshine 4 at Home Depot. Much cheaper and just as good.I have been using coco out of necessity for the last 2 seasons I always used promix and had much better results but I can't find it anywhere and if I do it's way overpriced
You know I was just messin with ya !hahaha really!..

HP is High Porosity. BX is moisture retaining and it definitely makes a difference.I was just going to look up if promix was any good. One of my customers gave me 2 bales yesterday that his tennant left behind. Score! :)
Just looked, I received the HP. I'm growing hydro at the moment, but been thinking of getting a greenhouse and growing outside as well.HP is High Porosity. BX is moisture retaining and it definitely makes a difference.
Add more perlite if you can. PM is all I use unless it’s out of stock and then Sunshine 4 works just as well.Just looked, I received the HP. I'm growing hydro at the moment, but been thinking of getting a greenhouse and growing outside as well.
