Flushed one week ago, not sure what to do now

Flushed a week ago and increased the light to 18/6 but haven’t seen much improvement. I haven’t given them any nutrients just because I’m not sure what to use.

This is my second time growing and my friend who’s been helping me out said I should increase the amount of light I give them to help them recover.
