Help. Did these go wayyy too long?

Went into flower on feb 23. So they’re at 11 weeks.

Last 2 weeks were a flush.

They went wayyyyyy too long didn’t they?

the leaves are dead on the one plant and very dry on the other.

backstory: I work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. My elderly mom waters them and that’s it. I should of trimmed them on my last days off 2 weeks ago.

going to trim tomorrow.

ahould I do a quick trim and just make bubble hash? I’m not a bud smoker anyways.

absolutely to hash or oil but you still have to dry it and cure it somewhat first..

It already seems dry on the plant haha

they get watered every two days.

that one in the back has had troubles since it was 2 weeks old. It’s always been off
