I found a few of these bugs on my plants recently, and I haven’t been able to identify them online. Not sure if these are something I should be concerned about or not.
Plants are living outdoors currently.
Sorry for the crap photos, I’ll try to catch a better angle when I spot another one.

Looks like a beetle. BUT you have spider webs, could be just a garden spider.
That’s kind of what we thought, was a beetle. The little spider web looking things are just pollen or dandelion fuzz. There isn’t any actual webs that I’ve seen.
I will keep an eye on it, though. Thank you for your reply.
 
Diatomaceous Earth

Can you collect a sample of the insect? It looks like a beetle. If you can grab one with tweezers and snap a photo over a white sheet of paper it can be identified.
