Browning on 2 of my plants stems, no weakness though, and 2 plants only having the color on the stems holding top leaves

What kind of light and nutrients are you giving it and How much, also what type of medium are you using
 
Petioles (leaf stems) exposed to strong light will turn red or brownish. It's nothing to worry about.

The purple stripes on stalks is also probably nothing to worry about.

Ok thank you I am using an Hal light 600w so it could most def be the lighting
