Buds growth seems halted. Noticed some 3 finger leaves hopefully not reveg? I cut her to 8 hours light 12 hours darkness. Hoping she comes out of this

You have some issues, never seen the blisters on the leaves if that is what they are. The plant might be trying to reveg or too much water. Soil looks pretty dark. What quantity and what nutients are you feeding?

GLWO soil with recent topdress and soil based tea that brew 48h. Now i say this i believe it may be a nitrogen OD during flower i dunno. GH FloraNova bloom

Check the timers too, make sure lights didn't come on in the middle of the dark cycle. Good luck bro, let us know if you figure it out.

Yep my primary and secondary timer failed during veg. So i figured i go plug and unplug the ballast on time NOT!! I will break down and get a new timer ina week or so of this horrid method
