Why do my leaves not grow in sync?

After my 2nd topping there is already the new growth happening but it’s uneven. The plant is getting the same light all around, is there a reason for it to be growing more on one side than the other.

It's mature and once it's mature nodes start to alternate... completely normal. Growing tips will always express more growth.
