How to slow plant growth

My leds are to good and my veg are growing at a rate I need to slow down as I can’t flip em for another 9 weeks. Will sunblasters work to keep em alive yet slow them down ?

Take a few cuttings and restart the plants, do it twice in nine weeks if their fast growers.

Just wondering why you can't flip for another 9 weeks? You could just make clones and throw em away. I never veg more than a month. I get better yields and less trimming off smaller plants.
