They look alright. That soil may turn out to be a bit to hot for them.

By too hot I’m mean to much nutrients. Seedlings do better in a more inert medium their first 10 - 14 days of life before transplanting to a larger pot.

Thankyou for the lingo, I hope not didn’t mix too much all organic if that helps

was using spring water so decided to add cal-mag gave 0.5ml/L had 3/5L Of spring
Will the cal mag be to much because they so young if so I’ll dilute the Calmag water and add 8litres of spring to my tank

Define spring water. Are you using bottled spring water? If so, distilled water would be a better choice. What’s wrong with your tap? Do you know what’s in your water? Do you know it’s ppm and ph? What organic soil are you using? Something you bought or made?

Sorry natural mineral water, and yes bottled water, I’m in UK things are different here

and organic as in.. manure & organic compost
bone meal?
fish blood and bone?
coffee grounds?
Are these not organic
And no I have not checked my tap water it comes out cloudy mostly
So I stay away to prevent any future problems

my question was is it too soon for calmag?

The questions I asked were to help determine that. You probably do not need it with what you are using.

Yeah they look great. Agree with @GNick55 in seeidlings you want nice flat leaves once they get a bit bigger it's OK to see some "praying" on the upper sets of leaves which is actually an early form of light stress

Do plants outdoors grow when watered with this water?

Your tap water should be in the 300ppm and 7/8 ph, its good to grow with, just leave it in the open air for 24 hours to evaporate the nasties, and your good to go with just a drop of ph down. Leave the Calmag until your plants are a bit bigger and eating well.

Stretching is more due genetics and spectrum than it is intensity. It has to be very low for them to stretch.
As always brother aquaman thanks for the input and the advice, really kind words from you guys and really encouraging

I’ve raised the lights, but when I put my replacement fans in I’ll lower to 2ft

Was just going to say the same, don't change a thing, I'd be over the moon with your seedlings, as I don't have the time to set mine of properly and they wind up on crutches. lol
Thanks brother for the comment as always very encouraging..I will try the tap water method left to sit for 24hours
Also will back off the cal/mag for now and let them do there own thing
