Female plant turning male due to stress ??

So I accidentally almost killed my girls due to underwatering and nute burn couple weeks ago. oops.
1 girl I cut my losses and chopped down she was a goner.
2 look amazing now after being in ICU
1 looks half stressed and pretty fucked.
Anyone the half stressed one has developed balls. I’m gonna guess I’ve sent it into hermaphroditic due to stress. Can anyone confirm thanks x
