Leaves discolored on three week old plant

First timer here, just trying to find out if anyone could diagnose this problem. This particular plant is my fastest grower, however the leaves are starting to curl and turn brown toward the bottom. Any help is appreciated.

Most likely: Too much water & too much fertilizer. It happens to a lot of Growers early on.
