Couple Counties Rented a Chopper for couple days.

Made bust but those that had Permits they did nothing to even though the state requires it be locked inside.

I was told if they got caught it was just a fine so Cops not worried about them.

To me it is early yet. They are going to have Recreational on the Ballot. Might as well.

Really? They're still wasting time and expenses on small farmers? Where do you live that they still have smokies in the air? It's inevitable, they lost the war badly wtf? How long before they catch on to the tax grab? The industry behind prisons has to keep as many things illegal as they can, they are heavily invested in the war on drugs.

Start staying quiet about anything not licensed. I mean keep it to yourself. Iā€™ve been involved in legal in 3 states including Colorado since 2015.

The states start trying to get rich immediately with licensing. By the time a legal operation is ready to sell bud even the smallest have an easy $50K in and thatā€™s if theyā€™re doing everything themselves.

Unlimited licenses? Iā€™ve seen a cool million in - spent - before they sell their first gram. With this kind of money on the line the invested resent the black market. If they think youā€™re exceeding the limits many drop a dime. Watched it most recently here in Alaska in 2016. Stores trying to open the doors with a quarter pound. Prerolls only and sold out in hours. The black marketers were very well known obviously. Especially by the money people who CANNOT GROW because they never have and theyā€™re paying a crew. So several people got laid on without anybody ever knowing where. It only ended when some veiled threats were made to suspects that these are friends and neighbors and nobody is going to patronize your store if youā€™re an asshole.

If its anything like up here they won't legalize it until they have their rich friends, ex-cops and nay-saying bureaucrats in charge making ridicules rules and putting small quotas on us to make it unprofitable to grow your own.

Yea im from CT were cultivation was prison but for last 10+ years have been running autoflowers in a perpetual grow, once they legalized rec weed you could run 3 plants in flower and 3 in veg but only if u had a med card, for years my doctor was trying to give card but why? Curaleaf does not even tell you what strain your buying only thing it says is indica, hybrid, & sativa WTF?? People who were Harmed by CTs draconian cannabis laws were supposed to be able to sell to state but at last second Curaleaf bribed someone and they yanked it! But at the end of the day i would rather smoke what i grow, at least i know what it is and am not paying $60+ for an 1/8 of weed that u have no idea what it is! And dr at dispensary wants me to smoke 3 and 1 half oz a month lol told them to piss off but am now legal.

Here in Michigan, its a mess.

Started as medicinal and then went recreational.
Before it went commercial, caregivers were doing a great job in producing good quality meds.

Now, its been years since voting Recreational yet i have yet to see 1 recreational store fully operate that isnt connected to some big shot city politician.
Greedy "investors" dumped all this money on infrastructure, power, lights workers etc and have been producing up the ass while still waiting for permits applications to be approved.
Application fees are at $25000 a pop; non refundable
The market is OVER saturated with tons of meds sitting on shelves that cant get to the recreational market.
On the medicinal side, now everyone needs a permit
dispensory permit,trimmer permit,driver permit..breeder permit...everyone needs a freaking permit.

7 years ago, my patients were donating between 4000 - 6000 per pound.
Now, you can get a pound of great meds for 1000.

All these "investors" are giving pounds away for pennies ; flooding the streets with it.
Flower,Oils, edibles, drinks ; its everywhere.
They are paying their investment loans with street money trying to recoup their losses.
Law enforcement knows all this yet they get orders to look the other way until they get orders to not look the other way.

Its a trap. Everyone is on a list.
Police helicopters are equipped with night vision and thermal.
From 1000 ft above, that growhouse/grow building lights up like las vegas but that data is considered PRIVATE.
You need a reason to use that technology and now they have it.

Quick story:
15 years ago, my neighbor was banging a police chopper officer.
He was using thermal and night vision to spy on her. I was in her house when he called her one day and asked her who the f* is there with you.
and heard him on speaker telling her the number of bodies in the house, and where in the house
