This being my 1st grow inside and outside in upper IL. July 7th got seeds but before anything got here I studied upgraded my knowledge because our money is very tight. Even Lincoln Yells when I squeeze him. So I did homework ,waste nothing and When the girls all popped up I put them under a Burpee Grow light System I had. All took off . Western grail looked strong I put one outside on the 14th then water and fed and watched her take off. The second picture is from today I put two more outside

Did you buy these seeds? Planting this late in the area you live in means you will have very little time for veg growth before the plants start to bud.

There is no need to force them to flower they will go into flower as soon as they are able to. Right now is around when plants are going into flower naturally so as soon as your plants are mature enough they should start flowering on their own.

You might want to put a little light out on the plant for a couple hours a night when the sun goes down. Once the plants are bigger, remove the light.
