How do i locate bud sites? Do i need to LST?

I've done a few Google searches on how to identify bud sites but I am still a bit confused on knowing where my buds will eventually appear on a plant. I've got the latest picture of my biggest plant below. Can anyone help me in understand where bud sites will emerge?

Additionally, I think knowing where my bud sites will emerge will help me understand when and where to LST. Does anyone have any thoughts on if I should begin LST on this plant and which branches I should tie down?

You have a couple weeks before you need to train the plant. For now just watered and pest free is a win.

Thanks @GNick55. That video was really helpful. Patience is probably the toughest thing to learn in this process - its up there with good watering practices :)
